McDonald's in Erkelenz

Forget curly fries, cheeseburger, french fries and big hash browns had been lying around for the day. Disgusting.

Very poor access possibilities - cordoned off without thinking about turning circles from the approaching vehicles. Wrong burgers were handed out (not the ones that had been ordered) - and due to the chaotic arrival and departure, a complaint was not possible. Therefore there is unfortunately only one star for this McDonalds. Other branches are much better at that.

So such an impossible and impolite behavior is not possible ... it doesn't matter whether you go to a restaurant or a fast food chain you should be treated politely and with respect ... was there and wanted to order, only insults came and something like that works at all. .. you can have a bad day but no reason to be rude ...

It is a good Macdonald restaurant,pretty average nothing special with good sitting areas.

Unfriendly staff and extremely overwhelmed when there are more than three customers in the restaurant. And unfortunately not really clean either. You get assigned a table and then the tables are not cleaned.

I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner by a Mc Donald's service employee. He helped me at the terminal to enter my meal request. After completing my order, I went to take delivery with my printed receipt. The restaurant specialist was slightly irritated and annoyed, but still took my order a little friendly. After a while, she came to my table with my food and wished me good appetite. The first thing I did was grab some french fries and found that it wasn't exactly warm, as was my Hamburger Royal TS. I had complained about it and she took it back without hesitation and shortly afterwards I got my food back warm. I haven't been with it in a while Mc Donald's been in Erkelenz and I have to say, the renovation of this house has changed for my taste to the extremely positive. Never in my life have I had to wait so long at an MC Donald's for two hamburgers and one french fry. The last shop, I'll never go there again, 25 min. and only been 2 cars in front of me.

Well located .. halfway nice staff but if you want to have breakfast there you meet staff that doesn't get anything on the chain

Had breakfast at McDonald's for a long time. The McMuffin Avocado & Egg and the McMuffin Fresh Chicken were delicious and, surprisingly, the food was sometimes more than just lukewarm. The service was quick and very friendly. The price-performance ratio is okay.
